Last Minute Cancellation and NO show Policy

At True Therapeutics Skin & Body, we highly value both your time and the time of our dedicated massage therapists. To maintain the quality of our services and ensure respect for everyone's schedules, we have established the following policy:

**Last Minute Cancellations:** 

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a $90 charge. 

**No Show Policy:**

 We maintain a strict no-tolerance policy for no-show appointments. In the event of a no-show without prior notification, a charge equivalent to the full service fee will be applied. 

**Emergency Exceptions:** 

We recognize that genuine emergencies may occasionally prevent you from keeping your appointment. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will evaluate exceptions on a case-by-case basis. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the time and commitment of our massage therapists. These policies help us provide the highest quality service to all of our clients.
