Carla is a licensed massage therapist, esthetician, Spinal Flow practitioner, and trauma-informed Introspective Breathwork® facilitator with over 23 years of experience in holistic healing. Her approach combines deep tissue massage, myofascial release, nervous system regulation, and breathwork to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of her clients.
As a certified Spinal Flow practitioner, Carla uses a gentle, science-backed approach to help release stress, improve spinal alignment, and restore balance within the nervous system. Through precise touch along specific access points, Spinal Flow helps to reestablish brain-body communication, reduce tension, and activate the body’s natural healing processes. Originally from California, Sakora relocated to Greeley in 2007, where she’s found her heart and home alongside her two incredible kids.
