Carla specializes in transformative meditation and Breathwork aimed at deep healing from emotional trauma. As a trauma informed Introspective Breathwork® facilitator, she creates a safe and supportive space where participants can embark on a journey of self discovery and emotional release, fostering profound personal growth.

Integrative Holistic Nurse Coach
With 28 years of nursing experience, Connie blends holistic health practices with traditional care, specializing in IV hydration therapy. Her approach focuses on comprehensive healing for the mind, body, and spirit, using a fusion of medical knowledge and holistic principles.
Yoga and Sound Bath led by: Emrie Tanner, Certified Yoga Instructor
Emrie is a certified Yoga Instructor & Vibrational Sound Therapist through Vibrational Sound Association. She is passionate about bringing health & wellness to people through holistic practices.
Emries yoga classes provide a safe space for participants to connect and be present with their physical bodies. Her Sound Bath experience is a place for participants to enjoy the inner journey of self discovery, let go of outer distractions, and raise their energetic vibration.
How Breathwork Heals:
Breathwork is particularly effective for those dealing with trauma or chronic stress.
It helps with:
Regulating the Nervous System: It activates the parasympathetic nervous system, easing the fight-or-flight response and promoting calm.

Breathwork not only helps with relaxation but also offers benefits like detoxifying the body, supporting digestion, managing depression, strengthening lung capacity, and alleviating pain.
Introspective Breathwork can lead to profound healing, balance, and personal growth.
Breathwork Contraindications:
(If you have any of these contraindications it does not mean you can't participate in breathwork, it might just be a more gentle approach, please let the host know if you have or had any of these listed:
Detached Retina
Pregnancy in the 1st trimester & at risk pregnancy
Glaucoma
High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication)
Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
Asthma - if the client is asthmatic, ask them to bring their inhaler to the session.
Epilepsy
diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
