What to Expect

Your evening will commence with a brief introduction to both Esoteric Japanese Acupuncture and Spinal Flow® and how they work together to foster whole-body wellness. Throughout the experience, you will receive a Spinal Flow® session while also benefiting from the energetic support of Esoteric Japanese Acupuncture in a peaceful group setting.

Many participants report sensations such as warmth, tingling, increased breath awareness, emotional release, deep relaxation, spontaneous movement, or a profound sense of calm as the body begins to unwind and restore balance.

Every experience is unique, and your body will respond in the way it needs most.

Cancellations made 3–6 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations made within 72 hours of the retreat are non-refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another person with advance notice. If we can fill your spot, a full refund will be issued, regardless of cancellation timing, allowing others to benefit from our stress relief techniques and nervous system regulation practices, including Spinal Flow.
